Super Fest was created to provide youth of all abilities and disabilities the opportunity to participate in fan festivities that surround major sporting events. Super Fest's purpose is to showcase inclusion and provide an opportunity for youth with developmental disabilities to participate together with their peers, be genuinely welcomed, have activities designed with their needs in mind. The Super Fest football and cheerleading clinics teaches skills for each person at their level.
After seven successful years of the Super Fest Football and Cheerleading clinics during Super Bowl weekend and the inaugural Super Fest Basketball event during the recent WNBA All-Star Game, the Matthew Foundation recently collaborated with the National Down Syndrome Congress to bring awareness to inclusive sports at the 2022 College Football Hall of Fame Kickoff Game Football Fest in Atlanta in 2022.
